Our support team is available Monday-Friday from 9:00am to 9:00pm EST, and Saturdays 9:00am to 6:00pm EST..
In the case of a product issue or bug, our Support Team will also escalate these issues to our engineering team. The Support Specialist who handles your request will be your point person for that issue, providing you with updates and letting you know when the engineering team has resolved the product issue.
