We’re available by email, phone, and the online help center to respond to any issue your practice may have. You’ll join a Community of practice users from across North America who help to answer questions and share best practices through the private KnowledgeBase.
Quarterly Business Reviews
Get check-ins every quarter from your dedicated account manager where you can discuss practice performance benchmarks and work on creating goals. Together, we will help you track some of the most important metrics regarding the operations of your practice such as client churn, communication channel adoption, and service and medication reminder compliance.
Coaching and Training
Your dedicated account manager is available to train new staff members on the system, offer insights based on their experience working with practices across the country, and to help you configure the platform to fit best with your day-to-day operations.
